I have a very important question: what would you do after an apocalypse (for example, a nuclear war), assuming you survive?
What should be done first — where to go, what to take, where to hide?

In my city, there is an interesting location: a radio center. Next to it, there is a school with a dormitory, two shopping malls, a food supply base, hardware stores, and many other useful facilities. I believe this place could be ideal for survival. What do you think about it?

If you can look at a building and say "looks good" then so can everyone else. The way to do it is to buy some undeveloped land, then discreetly build a shelter and move all your survival gear there before it happens.

Cities are death traps that are a net drain on resources. You will eventually run out of supplies and get trapped.

Most scenarios entail me getting to my land out in the country to hunker down until things settle. Then I can link up with other survivors and try to build a community. If it's REALLY bad then I drink myself to death.

I'm gonna stay on the outskirts of an area and rape, rob, and eat people. I'm not gonna suffer just because you retards destroyed the world. I'm extremely selfish and will do what I have to to make things easier for myself.

Even if I have a PC that works after the apocalypse, I won't be able to read e-books unless cloud services are working.

First thing I would do is fart in a bag. Not a Walmart bag but something that seals up nice like a freezer bag or better yet one of those bear proof liner bags if I could loot one from REI because they are expensive.
I would put some snacks like cookies in the bag too. This way when I meet people on the road I could offer them a cookie and they would be eating my farts.
I think this would be a fun way to pass the time before death takes me.

In a post-availability situation, you have to not only prioritize Needs, but also be able to keep them for yourself. Values will shift.
Also go a step beyond and think about hidden liabilities. A college dorm sounds really great for food shelter water medical etc plus finally getting a girlfriend, but everybody else in the tri-state area has the same idea. Are you a warlord? If not, grab and get going fast.

look for food and find a save place to hideout pretty much. i'd probably go out into the woods and build something or maybe go up on top of a building where i can look out depending on how many other people survive and what the vibe is.

First priority: raid a local dunkin donuts by climbing through the drive-thru. Second priority: I think I'd start taking over dollar generals. I'd be the dollar king.

If I remember shit correctly, go through the survival steps
Check personal condition- am I injured? If so how severely am I injured?
Check environmental conditions- is there a risk of hypothermia / exposure, is there fallout, whatever; do I have the means to protect myself from them? Are they severe enough that I need to take shelter? Do I have a means of heat generation? (Assuming somehow fallout isn't a concern, since that'd probably just mean eventual death, this is usually referring to hypothermia, which can kill in a day if it's cold enough). In this situation this step would also require considering whether other people are around, and if those people are non-hostile, potentially hostile, or actively hostile. Again, do I have a shelter to hide in / conceal myself? Do I have a weapon? How much ammo and what practical engagement range does that weapon have?

At this point, I'd have to chose whether to immediately bug out, hunker down and bug out later, or hunker down and wait some time. Figure out the short term plan.
While dense cities are going to be lawless hell holes, suburbs and rural urban areas won't be completely in hospitable immediately; there will be a lull where most people will hunker down and still preserve some social order, at least for a time- even in the inner-city.
You could also be in a rural community, where everyone (mostly) knows everyone and some level of self-sustainability can be expected from everyone else. If you're an outsider even you may not be completely fucked.
If you bug out, it is ideal to have an objective destination, because you're going to want to be able to have enough supplies to get there at least, and you can't pack everything.

Last step is simple; supply check and pack / stow according to what the short term plan was decided.

The premise is too vague for me to have a full plan, but assuming I am at home and have foreknowledge about what happening, my short term plan would be to stay home for the short term first, and not go on a raid. I know my home, there are people there I care about who can help me, we have supplies to both barricade discreetly and feed / water ourselves. We're fortunate enough that our neighbors aren't trash people or niggers (I mean that in a raceless way), so social order would be preserved at least for a time.

From there it would be a matter of figuring out where to bug out to; we have cousins that are closest relatively, also have guns and ammo, and are reasonable people, but "close" is a better part of an hour's drive on the freeway, and where they live there are shit people. It would potentially be better for them to bug out to us.
Other family are out of state; some to the south, which assuming you could drive an uninterrupted convoy is doable, but not ideal as you'd have to detour around at least one major metropolitan area. Potentially they may be able to again, bug out during the beginning to us, but we'd be running out of space.
We have family out east, but this would be the longest trek and require going through a mountain range.

Ultimately the most viable long term plan would be to bug in with our closest relatives, and work with our neighbors. Not the most ideal, but it's SHTF, nothing is going to be ideal.

That's quite the medical concern, and would be under the first point. One of my aunts has the same issue. For any situation preparation is key, and so unfortunately the only real advice I can give is to have a stockpile of insulin, I think it can be stored for a month, and hope that whatever situation that arises is one where you can potentially evacuate to a different city or country that has access to supplies; from there your long term goal would be obvious.

Make it to a port city and commandeer a cruise ship. If you're lucky you might find one thats just been restocked with food and fuel. if not, a warehouse with non perishables should be close by. With enough friends, out to sea should be a fairly defensible position.
