I think that dude is just tall, but tall people are generally more of a liability. They have problems when it comes to mobility unless they were born with good genetics that allows them to adapt to being tall

Dwarves don't reproduce fast enough for a peer to peer meat grinder. The real answer is half-orcs or half-elves. Literally just human+ without the drawbacks of being a retard orc or a prissy elf.
