Everyone lies because it's an invalid law.
Alcohol is the single biggest contributor to gun crime out of every controlled substance. But using marijuana once, according to a recent ruling, removes your gun rights for life. If every bottle of booze were replaced with a jar of pot, gun crime would plummet ~50%.
If the US government can not be reasonable then their laws will not be complied with. Ergo, everyone lies.

Just 4% of blacks are responsible for 100% of black crime, and those 4% do a lot of crime. The problem is not that they are black, it is that AGs and judges of a certain kind keep letting them off easy, and "easy on juvies" policies coming from a political party that largely lives in gated communities and has no idea how genuinely, inherently evil some minors are.
Law enforcement activity is sufficient to cause the black race to evolve so long as the laws are actually enforced. Most of us are doing fine.

If you are stupid enough to go to a shrink i doubt you can handle a firearm without falling for fuddlore and becoming more dangerous for it. All they do is accuse everyone who is not an extroverted wagie who feels fulfilled by regimented wage labor and prussian style education of being mentally ill and in need of fixing.
The few genuine neurological problems that exist (like actual schizophrenia and actual clinical depression) have been made irrelevant and doubtful by shrinks lumping them in with minor personality variations that are incompatible with the demands of employers and educators. It is the same as russians and their slow progressive schizophrenia.
