Ukraine Kino III
Building an archive of the craziest footage from the current Ukraine conflict to show that war is hell. Thanks to all the anons from previous threads, its been a blast.

Looking for more drone footage, these have been some of the most gnarly next to the giant tank explosions and ammo dump vaporizations.
>Does anyone have the one where a drone flies into a russian encampment with an RPG and hits an explosive pile blowing up the entire building?

It wouldn't have been a big deal if they were smart, but they weren't.
They dug up buried radiation by digging trenches and bunkers.
They drank poison from the local puddles.
They collected all kinds of highly radioactive trinkets from the vehicle graveyards and dump sites.
They even cut down the radioactive trees and used them for firewood, inhaling all kind of fun stuff in the smoke.

A bunch of them really did get hospitalized radiation poisoning.
Not by merely staying in the red forest, but by doing everything wrong from a radiation safety standpoint.

Most of them were probably unaware of what radiation even was, and they were unlikely to even know about the Chernobyl disaster because the russians don't teach kids about it anymore, and they've been trying to erase that disaster from the history books, pretending that it never happened.

I am looking for an incredibly specific, very short video similar to this actually.
I believe it was Bakhmut as well and it showed some armor and helicopters on the move towards a clearly hot area. It was taken from one of the vehicles or potentially someone on the ground. It really depends exactly where they were dug. Lots of the worst contamination was buried in pits or trenches and covered with less active soil during the cleanup. Some areas were used for decontamination of vehicles and equipment. You absolutely could cut a fighting position into an abnormally fucked up part of the zone.

Also, if you ingest radioactive material (especially alpha emitters) you can go from fine to dead in short order due to the lining of your intestines being a particularly sensitive area. This is actually what kills you first in ARS, and ingestion (not inhalation) would make that up to 20x more severe.
Remember the P210 tea assassination? That was about enough physical material to fit on the head of a pin.

That's just Ukrainian propaganda it is not possible to get any type of radiation poisoning there in the open, all the high energy particles have decayed, most of the problem now is Cesium 137 which already under went one half-life since the disaster. Only way I could see someone getting seriously sick or dying is by going inside the destroyed reactor hall or by snorting the powder left inside the Jupiter plant radiological research bunker (they have a lot of soil samples there, one is extremely hot to this day). Another similar one was about the Kursk goatse pipe soldiers dying from lung disease and allegedly Russian doctors talking about how bad it is but all they did was look at a badly angled volumetric lung reconstruction which offers zero diagnostic insight. Ukrainians have become really good at it more so than Russians in many regards.

Most of the dosimetry sources are very low energy and stored in protective containers, the more powerful ones used for scintillation spectrometry are the more dangerous ones which emit gamma even from their containment vessel so are stored in double the shielding. The one in your picture seems to be for a alpha emitting source due to the thinness and it wouldn't be soviet but western because the soviet sources are already partially decayed and useless for calibration. See pic related.

Why are you so butt-blasted by the claim that the suicidally self-destructive ziggers, the guys who throw their soldiers in the cum pits, have blocking detachments and literally crucify their own soldiers to telephone polls, would have taken up military positions in areas with environmental hazards that would reduce the life expectancy of said soldiers?
You're REALLY claiming that the guys that let the Kharkove dam explode, the dam that cooled the reactors in the Zaporhizia Nuclear Power Plant, flooding over a million square miles and killing untold billions of life forms, care about the health and safety of their soldiers?
What is your perverse incentive? Why are you pushing this shit in the wee hours of the morning?

Stochastic maybe. Deterministic? No. Point is you can let an army of imbeciles there they won't be able to kill themselves or shorten their lifespan significantly aside from catrostropic scenarios of certain locations like the spent fuel storage and the destroyed reactor itself loosing containment. This is not 1986 or 1996 anymore. Even the liquidator studies have shown that their incidence of cancer or deaths that can be directly pinpointed to the dose they received ignoring confounding effects (alcoholism, psychological issues, poverty and poor healthcare during the fall of the USSR and after) was rather small than the significantly overinflated projections. I blame the linear no threshold model which will get replaced in a decade or two because it is inaccurate and the general poor education of the public as well as alarmist media portrayals. These types of misconceptions not only hurt the enemy but the industry at large where nuclear medicine offers great benefits. For example look at Germany and France. Germany closed down their nuclear plants and got addicted to Russian gas.

This one is also from Kursk. North Korean infantry with no AT capability are chased down and run over by Ukrainians who ran out of ammo slaughtering the rest of their platoon. Correct. Blocking detachments are used by the russians to prevent their demoralized soldiers from retreating or refusing orders. You either attack and die in glorious battle, or you retreat and die a traitor whose family will also be denied benefits. And maybe get raped by chechens too. In practice these troops do not kill many of their own soldiers, as that would defeat the point of getting them to attack the enemy. But killing a few, or in this case one guy out of a group, is enough to show everyone else that they're not fucking around.

Ukrainian drone navigates a hellscape of craters devoid of all vegetation, and comes across a disabled tank, finding the crew huddled in fear behind it. It's a direct hit on them.

Except for the larger artillery shells like 155mms, a lot of shrapnel is small enough you can't see the wounds on a dust-covered body with your own eyes from 3-5m away. A cheap drone camera from 200m away won't see anything.

IMO this is one of the lesser-known reasons behind large HE payloads on Ukrainian drones. A 250g Switchblade warhead with 40g HE throwing .5g shrapnel bits will kill 3-4 men on the spot; but a 1.5kg lump of explosive and no frag when flown into someone gives injuries visible for other cheap drone cams doing BDA.

This massive artificial hill was surrounded on 3 sides by russians who hit it with artillery, infantry, mechanized assaults, anything they could. Complete chaos at Vuhledar on the massive assault that kicked off the long and costly russian effort to take it. In this clip, it opens with a man running around on fire, and the camera pans to a tank trying to move around other vehicles, before it strikes a land mine.

This particular assault was a masterpiece by Ukraine. This was a no-bullshit hard mechanized push by the 155th naval infantry, back when they were still well-equipped veterans. This clip is just the beginning of the chaos. Ukraine made good use of US-provided artillery-launched scattering AT mines, re-mining the entire path of retreat behind these poor fucks. Nearly every vehicle on the field that day was lost and the 155th would soon be forced to reconstitute due to manpower losses. Vuhledar would ultimately hold out as a fortress city for well over a year, despite constant russian assaults, before ultimately falling due to an inept Ukrainian general seeing their good results and deciding that they only really needed one brigade to hold it, not two brigades. Vuhledar (a critical strategic city, far more important than any other russian capture in the past 2-3 years) fell within a month of that decision.

Just in case there is still any doubt as to whether the rusniggers who dug those trenches are dead as fucking doornails; the areas colored in red in >>64286834 are where "larger" particles of fuel rod and graphite from the reactor core fell down after the explosion. Here is an old video of a crazy german bitch finding such a piece of fuel rod:
https://youtu.be/ejZyDvtX85Y?t=450
TL;DW: it's emitting 17000 microsievert per hour and the red areas are FULL of these particles, both smaller and bigger.
Those ziggers were breathing, eating and drinking around that shit for a whole month.

I'm pretty sure GSC Gameworld made an easter egg of the Russian's retardation by adding military entranchment in the red forest zone.

Pic' related.

>You want your soldiers to feel like the rest of the army is at their back, not pointing a fucking gun at it
>if a well trained and motivated force retreats or routs, it's probably for a good reason

Counterpoint, and the reason why the Russian army (and their society in general) "works" to the degree that it does:

>slave army
>zero morale
>morale can't brake if it never existed in the first place

Yea, sure, they will never excel or exceed expectation, but they will always perform. Somewhat. They will always jump when told to jump. Even if its straight into their own graves with zero benefit for anyone, even the people executing them. Obviously you first need to brutalize the entire society for hundreds of years before people are so dispossessed that you can form such a apathetic Death Korp, but it honestly takes a historical effort in abusing people to get where Russians are today.

Somehow only "one" death by acute radiation sickness has been confirmed so far but it has to be much more. I feel we won't find out until Putin collapses.

All of this is true, but it's also why I prefaced my statement with 'halfway competent modern force'.
I think it is reasonably to say that this force is neither competent nor modern. Not in the sense anyone from a vaguely sane part of the world would take those terms to mean, anyway.

There were a bunch of Russians who got bussed to a hospital in Belarus I believe which specialized in radiation poisoning. I remember because I found the place in Google earth and cross referenced the nearby buildings with the ones in the background of the photos of them getting off the bus back in 2022.

there were articles online reporting as much. A simple Jewgle search is enough. Although now that I did such a search seems like all of the Belorussian hospitals received lots of russian soldiers all over the country. Gotta filter that.

There were a lot of ambulances and pretty much fully packed hospital in Mozyr (north to Chernobyl) where witnesses have seen plenty of vatniggers fucked by radiation.
This is not a myth.

I never kept up with the North Korean involvement, when they did pull out? Source? It was funny seeing all Russian defenders saying they were never there in the first place and that they are just Russians with Asian looking faces.

Or just not stored military equipment near a compromised reactor? Or are you trying to claim it was the only parking lot in all of occupied ukraine?

It almost baffles me how much russians lie and how arrogant they go on with it. Always makes me wonder how much shit they have done that i don't know about, when they even lie about such things.
