There's a higher skill ceiling, but it also depends on design, they're not all Schnellfeuers. Something like a Glock with a switch and compensator shouldn't be that difficult to keep most shots on target with if you've practiced with it some. At a close range of course.

That looks like an actual Glock 18C with the open slide and compensated barrel.
Some nigger-rigged homebrew hood build would likely not be as cooperative to handle, and the unlicensed street pharmacists operating said firearm would probably be unlikely to have the experience and skill to handle such a weapon in a professional manner.

Obviously, a proper Glock 18C from the house Gaston built would be better and sleeker, but you can get pretty close to the same thing in handling with a switch and another ported slide and barrel, or added compensator. The only real gunsmithing you would have to do is to modify the slide to fit the brrrt button (which is supposedly pretty easy), otherwise it's easy to have a compensated Glock by replacing the barrel or/and slide.

Watch the linked vid, guy keeps the muzzle very level, and loaded solely with tracers it lets him very easily walk the stream of hot lead on target at a close range. I want to emphasize the close range of this encounter as well.

I always freak out when I see sudden hits like this, people are completely normal and relaxed then suddenly they're getting lit up. It's all so fast, even being paranoid or "ready" enough to carry in the safety of his own house would've helped that guy. I've seen plenty of other hits or murders similar to this in rekt threads on /gif/ too, they all go about the same. Completely normal business one second suddenly struggling for your life the next.

Of course I'm not involved in anything that would even remotely expose me to the chance of something like this happening, just like cartel execution videos, but it's chilling to think this is how some people die, their last moments panicked desperation and confusion.
