A Turkish fighter jet successfully conducted a test launch of the domestically produced SOM-J cruise missile, hitting a naval target over 300 kilometers away. Majority of missile flight happens at very low-altitude, sea-skimming level.

Aircraft Independent Firing System is being used by Turkey, to simply evade software restrictions by USA. The tablet runs Turkish mission software essentially working as a weapons interface

Turkey already provides some critical subsystems to Ukraine for long range missiles and drones

What is the point of these markings in an age where missile attitude and movement can be determined electronically?

Believe it or not being able to analyse video footage to collaborate your instrument readings is never a bad thing. Let's pretend this thing had completely missed the target area. They could have watched and seen if it was physically deviating, which way, and maybe even why (if a part had come loose or off for instance).

Turks finally caught up with 1960s France. Good for them, I'm sure that won't affect their superiority complex

As for Europe and North Africa, the Turk timeline is already written and what's to come is muslification and enshitification to the point of technological stagnation

Turkish GDP(PPP) approches to 4 trillion Usd, and locally producing things are generally cheaper.
Anonymous No.64399794 [Report] >>64399804
>>64399790
But thats wrong. Its 1.35 trillion, below Italy and barely above the Netherlands. PPP doesnt mean shit. Yeah for locally prosuced food maybe. Not for the semiconductors and alloys you need to import for this.
