German """engineering""" during the war was simply the result of having to work with substandard materials and around shortages caused by the fact that they were at war and led by retarded politicians that had no idea how to manage a wartime economy (and didn't even switch to total war footing until it was too fucking late since they were obsessed with keeping the public comfortable). Literally all the overcomplicated designs that we call "teutonic autism" was because they did not have the proper alloy components even after plundering the countries they conquered in the beginning, but noooooooo that's LE BORING and you can't wank to that on some spergslop youtube video.
