I think someone a couple of years ago had one here, if you were an 80's kid they were in movies, tv shows and stuff. Its 'iconic' in that sort of era, sure its rubbish but its kind of cool rubbish like the big donkey cock sized laser sights that would cost t new-car money.

I've read a couple times that they're coolest-looking, yet shittiest gun you can own. Going off topic here, but I talked to a gun store manager/owner that disliked pump action .308's and said they have problems. I think my grandpa had a couple times when he had problems, but that was only twice. Other than that, it is a reliable gun and I wish they made more.

The Tec-9 was sort of the awkward middle child of the whole line, it was made cheaper, the ATF were stomping on Intratec's business, the media hated them and at the time they were a cheap $300 gun. Before it was the much more dangerous open-bolt MP and KG-9's that were converted into full auto by people quite a lot and after the Tec-9 there was the DC9 and AB-10's which look similar but had a lot of hoops to jump through to make them 'legal' to the extent that Intratec just threw the whole lot into the fuckit bucket as being way too hard to sell guns to people.

Like anything, most of the problems tended to be in the magazines being a bit crappy, people not cleaning and lubing them up along with some cheap guns just don't like some kinds of ammo right out of the box. I don't think it was an entirely miserable experience for most owners considering they were so cheap, it was most definitely miserable for the company!

It’s been a while, so I might not remember everything.
Gerber Mk I
Buck 110 and 112
Random Kukri that I picked up at a yard sale for $10
Colt SP-1
S&W M-39
10-22
Colt Challenger
Remington 1100
Mossberg 500
Koon Snake Charmer
O3-A3
Walther PP in .32 ACP
Marlin model 60
Remington 700 BDL .22-250
Ruger Redhawk .44Mag
Ruger Single Six .22 lr
AR 7

I think there’s a few others that I never used or traded relatively quickly, but that’s the bulk of it.

It wouldn't be that much different than what I already have. Assuming no NFA, primary would be a Colt SP-1 and secondary would either be a browning hi power or a 1911. I'm not a big knife guy so I guess I'd just stick with an M7 bayonet. If I used the time to get exotic I would probably get an HK93 or one of those FAMAS imports. I'd basically go out of my way to own every cool foreign rifle that got banned from import.

You mean the Remington 760/7600? Those had notorious reliability issues, mostly surrounding the magazines. Remington cheaped out and built a "universal" magazine for multiple calibers, damn things apparently never fed right in a significant number of guns. Also, the earlier 760 had some bolt lug issues IIRC.

Same age, first .22, 10/22 then an 870 Express (rebuilt to P specs and still going strong). I’d stick with my first duty gun, a hand me down 1989 P228.

>Rambo survival knife

Purchased a the local Flea Market, with a compass on the pommel and a hilt full of matches, fishing tackle, a pull saw that could also be used as a garrote, if need be.

Those damned things can't be picked up by X-rays.....no wonder they're a favorite for terrorists like (you). A coward's tool, if ever there was one. Call me once it wins two World Wars. No one wants a gun made in Australia anyway. All the parts will be backwards.

I was buying Swatches in fucking Geneva in the 80s and I have no fucking idea what all you niggers are talking about with protectors.
The big Migros had a whole Swatch area next to the video games.
