Tu-95s can fly often and a lot, with a ton of old planes build which could be scrapped for parts to continue maintaining them. I still have a lot of problems with MW2019's campaign, but I've had to withdraw my criticism of the Russian soldiers in flashbacks being unrealistic and comically evil to the point it takes me out of things. Unfortunately that was pretty much on the money.
