How hard would It be to put some thermal cameras on shapes or shaed likes so they now when a missile Is coming and start doing erratico manuevers?

That video doesn't show an evasion (those missiles aren't designed to hit-to-kill) but a limitation of the fuze, they aren't sensitive enough against a small drone.
The radar tracked, locked on and guided the missile to that drone but the fuze wasn't up the task.

then you have to ask yourself if 4 high end thermal cameras aren't worth more than just buying another drone. Drones only have any right to exist on the modern battlefield because they're cheaper than their countermeasures, but if you keep stacking more and more counter-countermeasures on them it will eventually start being economical to use high end systems on them again (or your gold plated drones getting shot with an RWS machinegun will make it too expensive for you to use them)
note that this is only a concern for thirdie armies who don't get a trillion dollar defense budget

The puccians already have that on some of their Zala models of recon drones. When a rear facing camera notices anything other than clear skies it automatically does evasive manouvers to dodge Ukranian FPVs. Weirdly enough it doesn't seem like most have it, and the ammount has significantly dropped as we never see them doing it anymore, could just be survivorship bias though.

I feel like that just defeats the point of drones being cheap shits you can print out at a high pace. A missle used to intercept them is probably more expensive than them. As long as you can afford to keep printing them out, you're winning.

because clearly their radars can pick up quads but russia clearly doesnt have the money to manufacture and field laser weapons to take them out
