A decent desktop PC runs you like 1.000 to maybe 1.500$. Just don't fall for the memes and buy high end shit. It's never worth it. A 3D Printer is only good if you have projects that require one. You'll also need a lot of trial and error when it comes to designing your own stuff - because that's what you ultimately want to do, because downloading STLs off of Thingyverse etc. will get boring. I owned a Mark 23 and it's the best handgun I've ever shot and owned, but unless it's a grail gun for you, it's not THAT great.
