Just mad do you think Putin at China for not sending him any actual military equipment. I have to assume that even 10% of the Chinese stockpiles would change the war and allow the Russians to force a major breakthrough. Chinese SHORAD is specifically tailored for FPV drones and would be a big game changer on the battlefield.

I really want to know just how much Putin offered to Xi in return for military aid and how much he must have begged, only to get rebutted. I wondered if Putin ever offered any land to China.
