There are a lot of poorly documented options.
I might make a website to compile all of them. Here’s a brief list of the ones I know.
- Finasteride blocks DHT, which is like super testosterone (it’s the one that causes hair loss).
- SERMs are like specialized estrogens. They can be estrogen receptor (ER) agonists, but they can also act as ER antagonists. Many don’t act on ERs related to breast tissue, so some report estrogen effects without breast growth.
- Estrogen is an option, but you’ve probably already heard of it.
- Topical estradiol/estriol creams can provide benefits on the fact without systemic effects.
- Proper skin and hair care can go a long way, but you should really do those anyway.

i tried estrogen and liked it besides gyno and getting too deep into uncanny valley. i'm happiest as a fem twink, which is my nature. i don't want to have to perform femininity or masculinity any more than i feel like so i can just be myself in life.

i only take ralox when my nipples get too puffy. i have experimented with some different regimens and the best thing long term is to cycle it as needed i think. it feels useless to take if you dont need to and we don't have a great understanding of serms so better safe than sorry. make sure it's raloxifene because tamoxifen has a metabolite that's actually an aromatase inhibitor (which blocks the conversion of test to estrogen), in addition to another metabolite that's the serm. raloxifene is strictly a serm and also doesn't increase testosterone through lh/fsh like tamoxifen.
i also take bica but a low dose. i'm naturally borderline low t and sensitive to bica. if i take too much i get gyno and my personality changes and i get bad with directions. and for anti aging i"m not sure if it's even good.. it dries out the skin and reduces collagen and elastin which causes wrinkles. if you take e you get collagen and elastin from that. some study said ralox gives collagen and elastin but i'm not sure how much. or if it's insignificant. men get it from t. so with low t and low e you will have low collagen and elastin. bica is good aside from that though.

Raw 17β-estradiol is legal in most countries as far as I know. Premade pills and vials are seized because they are for unlicensed human use.
Quite frankly, buying a $20 cream to extract a tiny bit of estriol isn't viable. At that point you might as well synthesis estradiol from cholesterol.
Most companies start with basedbean sterols, turn them into boldione, and then turn that into estradiol.
None of this stuff is simple though. You'd need to learn a ton before even thinking about attempting it.
