I'm not a tranny but all my teeth rotted out back around when I turned 30. I ended up just getting implants to replace them.
If your teeth get bad you can either get implants or get dentures. Dentures are much cheaper but your jaw will kind of disintegrate over time from the lack of biting pressure when you use them instead of having teeth connected to your jaw bone.
Implants are basically as good as having real teeth but cost a fortune. You can fiance them and pay them off over time but even then you need to make a pretty large down payment usually.
