Women have literally inserted themselves into all of men's social spaces. If you are willing to listen to Carl Benjamin give off about this for a bit, here is a video:

Women are increasingly inserted into high decision-making roles, such as HR and the C-Suite with inadequate experience, with many actually being anti-male.
Laws, regulations, and policies are made that are increasingly perceived as anti "straight white man".
When it comes to things such as video games and TV shows, males are dumbed down to Homer Simpson levels in favour of the "strong independent woman who don't need no man" at all costs.
This is unnecessary as there have ALWAYS been strong female characters in movies.
Even Disney princesses of old (Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel) were strong, decent role models when it came to persevering and achieving.
When it comes to gaming, fat ugly woman characters have been forced in so that the developers have the opportunity to "see themselves" in the game.
There are more examples too around relationships, divorce, etc.
Any single one of these things, in isolation, wouldn't be an issue and men would just shrug their shoulders with a "women will be women" attitude.
Combined, however, you have issues such as that army helicopter pilot hitting that plane, the MeToo movement (Johnny Depp), and so on.
