Going to speak for my own experience but the FOTM euro surgeon that was popular here at the time like decade back botched me bad, was an American surgeon who fixed nearly all of the mess he made. Please don’t go to someone just because he is cheap, there is a reason he is undercutting his prices and it’s likely to do with surgical skill.
