I want to be a woman but I don’t view being male as literal hell. I don’t think having a penis makes me a deranged rapist. I don’t view men as automatic monsters and women as pure angels. The way trans people see gender convinced me I’m not trans.

the source of that viewpoint is mostly through a dysphoric lens, i have absolutely no idea how males tolerate looking the way they do, i understand conceptually that they want to look masculine but idk how it doesnt constantly bother them all the same.

i doubt something would've happened to me to make me want to be a girl when i was 5, what could it even have been? i had no internet access, no exposure to trans or lgbt people, i wasn't abused. i think it genuinely is innate for some people
