They can have their holiday pics and kids on their Instagram page, a selfie and sat "I would kill any tranny that comes near muh kids", or when there's a business account for a bakery, with a slogan like "love everyday with your entire heart", then they'll post the most horrible stuff about us, saying we are worse than rapists or paedophiles.

Then I see their pics and they look as you would expect. I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad

This is the natural consequence of socialism. You centralize healthcare under the influence of politics, and any politically connected ideologue can now control your life. While you could go private, the state holds a monopoly on certain medical care, and you're still forced to pay for the system that mistreats you.
