im not at all into the fetish or anything but i've been on hrt for a year now and i gotta gain weight to make my hrtitties and stuff fatter. i don't wanna just eat icecream because i wanna keep my teeth past 25 too so i thought why not consult professional nutrition experts aka autist feeder fags i guess. is it actually really just burgor? enlighten me.

Obviously don’t eat all sugar and also try to do some exercise so you don’t ballon

Chicken and rice burritos. Even as a skeleton I can down 4 or 5 in one sitting. Carb and protein dense.

calorie surplus, figure out what your daily consumption is (theres a billion calculators just use one of em its good enough) and add 500-1000 to it, should be gaining 1-2lbs a week
avoid sugars, try to get most of your calories from protein and fat within reason, carbs are easy to eat lots of. greasy meaty tortilla wraps and shawarmas are a classic staple
go gym (include in the surplus calculation) so you get enough muscles to not crumple your spine and legs with all the added weight, and to stay healthy. doesnt have to be any super intense regimen, just something to get your heartrate up for 20-30mins a day. doesnt even have to be in the gym, could just be a brisk jog in a park.
the gym stuff has the added benefit of stimulating human growth hormone production which should help with the tit fattening and hip widening, hgh makes fat accumulate subcutaneously (where its visible) instead of viscerally (where it kills you and is invisible)

Eat foods that are high in calorie count but also have lots of good stuff in them too.

if you have access to marijuana get stoned whenever you feasibly can because you will get the munchies like a motherfucker. I have big boobs due to genetics on my mom's side and also because I am a stoner fatass and I eat all the time. You really just have to eat a caloric surplus as if you are a gym bro but pack in the carbs along with the protein. Do light exercise if you don't want to totally go megaobese.

Learn how to snack and just graze away all day. Anything low in carbs is fine for your teeth or possibly even good.
