I'm most of those
autistic and bpd and adhd and friendless but also ptsd and ocd and eating disorder
no drugs either bc I've done them in the past and it always made things worse

I'd recommend shrooms they're t the only drug I've never had bad effects from aside from challenging trips but those are healthy just tough
