this place is rly more like a residential, and i get to leave when i'd like to--which is much much better than being in the psychward or other residentials where I would be stuck in a building and on their schedule. but here i get to go to the climbing gym or out to eat or to see a movie, last week i got to visit home for the first time in almost 2 years! I'm really incredibly fortunate to get the support I do here. Especially bc before i got here i kept cycling through other programs and psychwards when my psychiatrist would get worried about my safety.

the room i have rn is just like a normal bedroom, and im super lucky bc it has a private bathroom attached, so i don't have to share w another pt. rn i live in an apartment that's a part of a step down program they have, which is pretty cool.

i do a lot of therapy, i work part time at a local preschool as a teachers aide (kids graduate this week!), i sometimes like to rock climb, i love going on long walks, i post here, watch movies/scroll on phone, cook food, read books, etc
