it happened to me too. i started as a kid & got reasonably good then i moved countries abt a decade ago & didnt take the piano along n ive been getting rustier & rustier ever since. been v slowly picking it back up lately but i havent kept a consistent practice schedule
also rly want to pick up music production again i used to be sort of decent at that but theres so much shit to relearn ive barely made any progress

What would happen if you keep both T and E levels equal? At say half the level of a man for T, and half the level of E for women. If you are AMAB, will your body just pump a ton of T in an effort to overpower the E? Can you titrate the dose up enough that eventually the two meet a perfect equilibrium?

Have there been any studies or thoughts on such ideas yet?
