What to do about hemorrhoids?

do you have high blood pressure?
I only struggled with hemorrhoids when my pressure was up and I was drinking.

use a bidet. that helped me. also try fiber one products daily. i got scared when i had mine. i wasn’t eating any fiber tho. also i was using shitty cheap toilet paper.

you should get a blood pressure machine and test it regularly
I also recommend seeing a doctor, they can prescribe either systemic blood pressure lowering medications if your pressure is high, or locally acting agents to treat the hemorrhoids directly - but you should really stop smoking
