I was a normal guy who was an incel due to being a manlet and shy, and I decided to transition because I was kinda phisically fem anyways and it would fit better with my height and social attitude, and now I smash bi and les pussy left and right, and never got reverse dysphoria despite being cool with being a guy and not having cross-sex thoughts as a kid/early-teen

The real pinkpill is that you don't have to be trans to transition. The narrative says that "only trans people would transition because muh gender dysphoria!1" to make gender-affirming care cheap and seen as a necessity by a wider society. Most non hyper masculine guys would benefit from looking like women
