Haii after some deliberation I have decided on starting hrt soon. While doing so, I want the most effective stack to maximize breast growth to avoid being stunted at A cups or lower. I'm open to all types of hrt and affordability isn't a problem. Beyond that, I also want to receive the best of the other effects of hrt, including physical activity, routines, diet, etc. From my research, I suspect the route to go is mono therapy with EEn injections (don't know a dosage yet) because I've heard that using AAs such as spiro can stunt breast development and that has me worried. Additionally, is it true that most trans women eventually grow out of having cone tits? Possibly getting those got me very worried. I've also heard that prog after about a year of E will help round out the breasts. I'm a 20 yo twink build that will graduate in year from uni and want to boymode at least for that time. Generally speaking, passing is very important to me and fortunately ppl have said I do have potential.

A little rambly but what I'm asking is about hrt regimen advice (mono, injections, etc) to maximize breast growth and weight distribution, and other advice such as diet and physical activity. I've also heard about weight cycling and open to am doing so if my chances of passing are improved.

Hi anons. I tried going to the ATM to buy cryptos. I have tried a couple of times unsuccessfully and my mental health has starting to suffer due to this. I am starting to have nightmares about trying to go buy at the ATM. It is on such a extremely loud and public spot that everytime I go nearby I instantly go into mental breakdown and start crying. I just have too much autism for this. :(

I also asked every LGBTi association that I could find nearby; I mailed like +15 different support groups. Of those, I think only 3 answered. One told me they couldn't do anything, the second did that too but I asked them if they could help me get DIY afterwards. They stopped answering my messages. And a third one that after telling me they can't do nothing, got extremely mad at me when I suggested if they could help me do DIY... and then stopped answering my messages.

So... I don't know what to do.
Next month I think I will have another opportunity to try at going to the ATM to keep destroying my mental health and go back home empty handed, so we will see but I don't think I am going to make it...

I fully tapered off cypro in may and since then I seem to get stinky way easier? like even pro hrt I didn't need to shower much with an active lifestyle and now sometimes I feel the need to shower after work. I got panicked about my t being high but it came back undetectable still. that was the day after an injection though, not trough. Is it likely that my t is spiking during troughs in a 5 day injection cycle? my trough level is around 900pmol/L or 250pg/mL

spiro doesn't stunt breast growth. I think that myth comes from ppl getting hondosed w spiro and oral e. Injections are best, eat well get some exercise, and try prog after a few years. weight cycling is bs though. you fat cells have to move around for your fat distribution to change. fat doesn't just get directed to the fat cells on certain parts of your body. just stay a health weight and get decent protein and eat ur veg

Yes that is definitely too low. lots of doctors like to start low and slow to minimize the risk of giving a dumb cis person tits. There's so data to support that practice in trans people, it doesn't lead to better outcomes. Your medications should be getting your e and t in range. generally you you can't tell if someone's dosage is enough without bloodwork, but 2mg e + 50 spiro is too low for almost everyone. at a minimum your e should get bumped up. 50 spiro could be fine depending on the person, and you need less the higher your e is

I'm a gemmologist, among other things, and whilst I got on with the horologists they were broadly considered to be slightly odd.

Anyway, eventually I'm going to swap from a Lena vial to the Astrovials. My estrogen sits at about 2000p/pmol in the trough but I feel fine. I had to low dose coming to the end of a previous vial and I definitely felt worse for it.

I'm not interested in advice on that, but I am interested in hearing people's experience with progesterone. I'm considering adding it into the mix.

Its not likely but you really need to get blood tests at trough. Generally changing your regimen causes all kinda of weird changes or side effects. Stick with it for a couple months then test again.

Can do either cycling or just switching if you want. Sometimes it just takes time. You dont necessarily need to increase dose just follow the chart but change depending on results of blood test. You're just looking for T suppression.

how seriously should I take the 'protect from light' warning on my vial? I currently keep my vial inside its package, inside another box inside my closet inside my room which I try to make sure not to be turn on the light more than necessary, but because of summer I have needed to leave the door for it open more frequently, which allows some light inside of it.

I'm considering doing DIY while I wait for my appointment with informed consent (3 month wait list).

Currently considering 6.25mg cyproterone daily + 100mcg E patch. I realize these are low but I'm just looking at it as a temporary thing until I can get hrt legit.

Just had a couple questions about this course though.
I live in the us, and since they don't do cypro here, would it be better for me to just go with a different AA (probably spiro as it seems that's the most commonly prescribed one here) from the start?
The patches are supposed to be changed 2x weekly. would there be any benefit or risk to leaving them on longer? As in, putting one on on Sunday, putting a second one on on Wednesday without removing the first one, then swapping the first one every Sunday and the second one every Wednesday, so each one is on for 7 days but I still have a fresh one 2x weekly.

aa's are fine. the one that can cause tumours is cyproterone. it very rarely causes issues and you test for prolactin while you're on it. if your prolactin is high for a long time you can develop a non cancerous pituitary tumour. super easy to catch before any issues. I had issues with it but only because I was on 4x the standard dose cause my prescriber insisted on that. once I went down to 25mg my prolactin was fine. ur prolly a burger though so you wouldn't be able to get cypro prescribed anyways

patches are meant to give a steady dose while they're on. if you use them longer than they're supposed to your levels will be less predictable. they're also only meant to actually stick for so long, and hormonal patches can cause skin irritation so you want the site's rotated frequently. it wouldn't be the worst thing though

Oh, I don't know. Couple of years maybe. Guides to this sort of thing tend to be overcautious, but there was that study showing that most common pharmacological materials retained their efficacy over much longer periods than expected. Still 95% effective even after something like a decade.

60mg seems excessive once you're already on it. I've been doing 40mg/28 days and it seems plenty enough for mono. Bloods seem like they're good, though I don't have full results yet and can only say I was at 198 estradiol at day 26

It's probably fine to do ozempic, but expect that if you're losing a bunch of weight that you probably won't be getting much growth at all during that time. Also aren't you the one doing a ton of gel for some reason? Just get injections and do like 100mg undecylate a month if you want retardedly high levels all the time. It probably won't hurt you but there's supposed to be evidence that oversaturating your receptors will lead to diminishing returns. You're better off just keeping stable levels at a normal dose or cycling high levels before returning to normal levels for longer.

I upped my dose to Lena suggested levels (7mg/5 days) and the stinkiness stopped, but my body hair and facial hair grow back faster and thicker compared to when I was on blockers and my hair gets greasy faster. it probably happened that way due to the fact your aa is bica, the case is likely that when you went off aa your t isn't supressed yet so you just got hit by the full levels once you were no longer on bica. maybe try using upped levels in combination with a mono e dosage and quit your aa after a month or so of being at mono levels

I bought from astrovials months ago, which supposedly arrived on may 6. "suposedly" because it just hasn't shown up. For context, i live in the US and i had already bought from them before and did receive the vial of EEn, with the same adress and name writen on it, so why is it taking so long? Regarding my last vial i did get it two months later than specified but that happened mainly because my family was holding onto it and i asume they had gotten it way earlier, at the suposed date. Now i don't have my family around an it just doesn't show up despite saying it was delivered.

injections yeah, about 0.09mL every 9 days currently. was doing 0.1 a week, then 0.07 every 10 days and it slowed the changes so much that I went back up a little, but the 1000+ were there at 0.07/10day. It's supposedly wayyyy over the norm so I really don't know what to think about it other than trust my body and keep it high
