it vastly depends on what you're doing really. a personal website with just basic html and styling is super simple & even a blog is made really easy these days with static-site generators like Hugo where you can just make a few template layouts and type your posts in markdown or whatever . it gets a little bit more complex when you need/have a backend using something like node or php but even then it's pretty simple to do that stuff too. you don't even need to be good at math just willing to dedicate time and think up a good layout. honestly. humans are really something we make this stuff seem a lot harder than it is
i like to make web games with javascript it's a limiting language to do things like that with and that makes it fun . sorry for making a computer toucher post i'll go now
