does anyone here have experience with progesterone?

should i even take it? i’ve been on hrt for two years now but im still boymoding 24/7

progesterone usually helps with breast growth/tanner stage development, increases libido, and makes you drowsy after taking it. other than that it varies, some say it improves mood, others say it worsens mood, and in a small number of people it can convert into dht (which is bad). of all the hormones prog is the most “your mileage may vary,” so you should try it, monitor how you feel and any changes you experience, and stop if you don’t see any benefit

prog having any impact at all is questionable at this point. see study reviews at https://transfemscience.org/articles

personally, i've been on it for several months and the only impact i've noticed is mayybe libido but even that is hard to say for sure.

lmao theyre small in number and the ones that do exist likely have replication crisis problems. its well known in the community that prog significantly helps with breast growth for a sizeable number of trans women. theres a reason why women have it

when should you take prog? i'm 1y and don't like my size, is that enough hrt time to start?
