>>40124181 (OP)Thats just how people operate. I was given a evaluation by an employer. I still dont know what a right answer would look like. Basically it asked on one page what i believe other people want from me and on another page what i wanted from myself. The answer for me is clear to me in retrospect. I should have filled in all the boxes for what everyone wants from me as shown in your situation. After all if i meet a hundred people surely one of them would want me to be more humble, another wants me to be more honest, another nicer, and yet another wants me to be more courageos. And if not today I will meet another one hundred tomorrow. But in reality most people want virtually nothing from you just to give them whats due (as listed before) at the end of the day. For what I thought I should improve on i should select three at most otherwise i am either complacent or im insane. Most people will formulate different opinions from yours.
And this is mostly found in the left where they are more expressive of gender and sexual orientation. You wont find it so much on the right because they want to preserve their heteronormative culture (dont ask dont tell or they want to be left alone or grooming their kids or no sex ed, no trans in anything [effectively])
