I have ADHD and I don't use drugs for it. I just write down my schedule for the day on a whiteboard and I stay on top of things with it.

I do have ADHD as determined by a therapist.
But honestly no I never tried it until it was suggested to me last year, before I just kinda winged things. I literally went seven years without doing my taxes lol

therapists don't diagnose. lcsw's are just glorified social workers.
psychiatrists diagnose.
psychologists diagnose.
that doesn't mean their infallable as they are human. sometimes they'll ascribe a diagnosis specifically to punish you.

i always think of laziness as a problem of inaction, whereas adhd is a problem of over-action. the impulse to do so much, that you never stick to anything
