you pass air through your throat and try to emulate the sounds of cis women by singing those sounds, then, you establish which sounds work well with your voice and start to produce full sentences using those sounds.

Eventually, you find A trigger word you can jump from to speak in your trained voice, my personal favorites are "Absolutely" and "hello" but you can find sounds that work better for you.

Using tongue twisters is very helpful.
I use
