you're right but the same is true for rocks and dirt and clouds and spacedust and everything around. it's all breathing and all one thing chopped up into discrete perspectives all looking in on everythingself. when you see cells moving about and behaving thats only bc your brain evolved to simulate what another organism is thinking to avoid being prey or to help you catch prey. and so you project your own internal sense of agency and awareness on things that behave in ways you perceive to be similar to yourself. but at the end of the day it's no different from a rock tumbling down a cliff and the same is true for the patterns that the synapses take in your mind. same ocean different waves.

Because they care. If they didn't want you they wouldn't feel so bad about your perceived or real rejections.

I only date bpd people for this reason because I like how emotive and sensitive they are. I do my best to treat them kindly.

I don't. I just internalize everything negative and direct it towards myself.
My mom also has BPD and I couldn't hurt someone like that. If they're doing this to you it's because they don't value you as a person and BPD isn't an excuse for that, move on and stop hurting yourself

the pain I feel in my head is so fucking brutal, and even when I try to control it, I crash the fuck out and make a fool of myself.

It is a disorder about emotional dysregulation. So uh these people have no second thought hate just flows unfiltered.. They just snap. Like seriously there is no mystery to it. When a person has diminished emotion processing that's what will happen. Raw emotions just flow. Impulses take over...

BPD people have an inability to emotionally regulate well, and frequently hurt themselves. It should be no surprise that they hurt the people around them.

They frequently have delusional beliefs that the people around them will abandon them, and then take steps to guarantee it.

Note that someone can have BPD and ALSO be a gigantic asshole. One doesn't guarantee or preclude the other.
