3 upper body and 2 lower body sessions a week, each session was like one hour and 30 minutes. Diet i don't remember, but i ate a lot of meat and eggs so i think i had enough protein

Honestly, I struggled with just the bar alone even when on T which is only 20KG. Not done a single bench press in 15 years since.
