I'm just waiting for all of you to realize that a govcorp may be the ONLY thing that is capable of facilitating our freedoms of sexuality and gender expression at a bare minimum in the future; and we really DON'T have a choice in that matter because of the advent of technological progression and capitalism. That's the reality all of us NEED to face, even if some consider it to be unlikely. This country needed to implement some form of organizational cohesion against artificial terrorism in order to effectively protect itself. It's MUCH more dire, intense, and perhaps even more necessary than the child's play of the patriot act.
Capital has its own ethics, and we need to ensure that our presence continues to thrive in the dynamics of capital. It's basically our only opportunity to continuously invoke our individual freedoms by participating in it, otherwise we'd have less recognition to perhaps none. I believe we need to continue to show the economy that we are capable of exhibiting effective production in order to keep thriving. What are the thoughts of /lgbt/ in this sort of matter?
