Women have better fine motor skills which is why they've classically been better at sewing, writing, and makeup. Ironically, they tend to make great snipers too.

This argument holds up until youtube... Girls these days still do too much makeup but more and more of them have very well-done makeup after plenty of YouTube videos.

Trans girls makeup should be on point with cis girls. Trans Women who transition later in life should still do good because of youtube.

i think a lot of trannies have a sort of look in their head they want to emulate. its usually some sort of goth thing. then they try to learn how to replicate that specific look. whereas the real skill in makeup comes from learning the techniques - how to apply stuff well and what the point of different things are and so on. they get it back to front.
its the same reason so many have bad fashion. they don't build a wardrobe, they don't learn to make outfits, they just try to emulate a specific look without understanding how to pull that look off

your eyeliner is almost always clocky af. use concealer, highlighter, mascara, blush, eyeshadow & brow makeup to work on your eyes instead.
also avoid dark colours. they emphasize masculine / angular features.

my makeup is bad. i know its bad, but i cant will myself to fix it. this stuff is so fucking expensive when youre unemployed and i got laid off for trooning out 8 months ago. eyes are the worst, i feel like most of the face makes sense except eyes where things dont seem to want to work the way they should. i almost always get powder in places i dont want it, and very little sticks to where i apply it. im also bad at applying it. its probably easy to fix, but this hole ive fallen into keeps me from wanting to do anything but the essential. i think this is a fairly common experience.

also, i dont really dress for exaggerated makeup. to constrain the extent of my honmoding i dress pretty normie, which means theres not much room for things like wings and such. in my confidence that i could reap the benefits of male presentation for longer i have fallen into a trap of my own making with no real way out in sight.
