I find that not unbelievable but surprising. Being incapable of knowing what people expected in social situations, having no clue how to follow nor any care for feminine beauty standards, and frequently just shutting down seems to lead only to being alone. I have other shit which worsens it but im not sure how other female autists could keep up presenting feminine (though i have no desire to do that for obvious reasons) and maintaining positive social relations especially with other women which from what ive witnessed tend to have more interpersonal drama and unspoken expectations, more power to them.

Yeah, she is very inexperienced despite being older than me (24) due to trauma and we are a working trought it. I know she doesn't see me as a man and likes very masculine women but her fear/disgust of males can make some things difficult. She had a hard time grieving my voice but it's better now.

Long version: I have always hated the thought of being "the woman" in bed and all it entails. I hate periods, having boobs, the female role in le society. It took me a while to realize being a man meant NOT BEING A WOMAN to me.
