IRL I pass decently well, even when I put 0 effort (baggy clothes, messy hair no makeup? still pass)
However when it comes to phonecalls or voicecalls over Discord or whatever, I always fail to pass, no matter how much voice training I do
It's a curse, I swear, I'm cursed to be clocked instantly whenever I open my mouth, and I hate it. I wish I could surgically remove my voicebox and go mute.
>>40149126 (OP)Do you have any recordings of your voice?
>>40149154As if, I already have a voicehon tranny girlfriend who I can beat off to. I’m just curious if OP’s voice is as non-passing as she says it is.

It's grim
I can move it a bit because I tried some voice training but it sounds fake, and weird, and makes me uncomfortable both physically and mentally
>>40149215Oof… that’s brutal I’m sorry
>>40149215holy shit you sound like a nerdy guy that has asthma and is chronically online.
>>40149770>>40149796See what I fucking mean
It's genuinely over for me
I'm better off learning sign language and pretending to be a mute
vfs is an option but it only helps with pitch not resonance and you need help w both. ur pitch isn’t that bad though. you need better open quotient desu that’s the main thing you’re lacking.
>>40150024>open quotientDo you have any more info on this, or how to exercise it?
>>40150065just try to speak breathily. it’s easy to exaggerate as like a sexy marilyn monroe voice but you need to tone it down a lot for irl use. trans voice lessons, seattle voice lab, etc are good. it’s got a lot of overlap w vocal weight which you need to work on too.
>>40149215Enjoy ‘passing in baggy clothes’ or whatever LOL
