for any anons who've had BA: how long did your surgeon leave between the initial consult and the surgery? i have a consult in a few weeks but i'm in the process of losing weight and need a bit more time to reach my goal so i ideally wouldn't have the operation until the autumn (october or november maybe), i've heard it's best to be as close as possible to your ideal weight when you have it. is this a reasonable request to make when talking to my surgeon?
