Not that they wouldn't be evil enough to do it, but my argument against that scenario is it wouldn't serve any purpose. Trannies are very useful to Republicans. Arguably Donald Trump got elected by using trannies as lolcow to unite right wing voters against. Killing trannies would only eliminate that useful lolcow for future elections.
