squat exercises can get intense and get the heart going though.
its easier to doing women exercises..
its not as hard as it sounds.
literally just cook and exercise at the same time while your stuff is cooking. its so cake.
by the time your exercise is done, so is your food and guess where that energy is going to want to go?
