Go High weight, low # of exercises per workour. Add weight every workout, Target failure on first set of every exercise, allow full recovery between lifts, and get on a high protein and high fat diet. Even if you don't see that much hypertrophy on E, the increased strength and core power will feel awesome and you'll get that feminine swagger.


Also do not forget your stretching. Stretch out those hammer before lifting. Bend as far as you can go. Gradually work up to doing splits. (Yes AMABS can do splits.) Practice all the key feminine stretches: can you interlink your fingers behind your shoulderblades? Can you touch your palms to your shoulders? Can you W sit? Can you cross your legs behind your head? Can you do the Jack O pose? Work that body until you can, and don't let up. And if you need more stuff to do, swim and get on the stair master, make sure that heart is in prime condition so that you don't have any cardiovascular decay from high dose esteogen.

Gym maxing as a woman feels so amazing and powerful I would definitely recommend.

and leg/butt exercises are surprisingly easy/chill af.
squat exercises can get intense and get the heart going though.
its easier to doing women exercises..
its not as hard as it sounds.

literally just cook and exercise at the same time while your stuff is cooking. its so cake.
by the time your exercise is done, so is your food and guess where that energy is going to want to go?

Body weight exercises literally don't do anything, those are for cis women who already have perfect proportions. Trannies need to target extremes to redistribute muscle and fat and rebalanced their physical ratios to be more feminine. You need to lift weights and do cardo to help make the muscle and fat go from your upper body to the lower body.

Mostly wrong.

For at least the first year of HRT you should be doing no resistance training at all. You need to get all those man-muscles to go to flab and weight cycle with diet alone until you start getting fat in the right places (boobs, butt, thighs) and not in the wrong places (gut, upper back). This takes forever and you can't really speed it up.

Once you've done a decent amount of fat redist you go back to resistance training focusing on legs and glutes to build up the support for all your lovely new squish.

Exercise is good it keeps your metabolism up which helps speed up fat redistribution and tightens skin. Working out muscles will not stop them from atrophying on estrogen

Working out and dieting can give you a bigger ass, but it won't be the same as a bbl. A bbl is a surgery and bbl asses generally look noticeably different than natural ones.

Learn a lower body routine from /fit/. The only thing /lgbt/ is going to teach you is what drugs might help with fat distribution, but you should really build up the glute muscles if you want a decent shape.

First off, size is built by low weight high reps so that's wrong, and secondly adding weight every session is unsustainable unless you're a beginner and training strength.

For stretchiness I'd suggest just getting into a yoga or pilates class, or maybe a gymnastics class if you want real deal gym girl shit.
