While there are transphobic gays, not literally all of them are transphobic. You can see them in this thread. I'd have to say that most gays I've met aren't transphobic, even those who weren't super progressive, but I do live in a blue state (in the US).
But either way, even if you were right, responding to bigotry (transphobia) with more bigotry (homophobia) both is the morally wrong thing to do and breeds more intra-community hatred and turns cracks into permanent cleavages, and makes good people who are/were supportive resentful.
