I'm 5 years post-SRS, I would say that it feels good, much better than anal, but it's also rly easy for it to feel painful and I'm still having to work through being relaxed enough to just enjoy it instead of worrying about it hurting.

After a few months of dilating, it is p much fully healed up so the worst that will happen from not dilating is that you'll just not be able to take anything too deep or girthy. If you're having sex once a week or so, esp. after the first year, you can kinda just skip it
