i have been having an issue recently where a lot of completely clear liquid comes out only during orgasm, it isn't pre cum. it has verticality to it like my pre hrt orgasms did and its making me go schizo from dysphoria
i switched from 6mg/day E and 12.5mg/every other day of cypro (used to take it every day for years before switching to EOD for 2.5 months), to 6mg/day E gel and 200mg/day prog.
i figured it was the prog causing my liquid issue (it was causing me an unstable mood too), and stopped it. no fire, and so i got labs done.
E was in the 200-300 pg/ml range, and T was below 50 ng/dl.

Uhh I'm not sure if anyone here could tell you exactly what's happening, and idk if you can get levels checked, but maybe my recommendation would be to try to do mono instead of taking bica. My unfounded hypothesis is that maybe your free t is high enough that the bica isn't stopping it. Perhaps if you take a mono dose and stop bica it'll settle down and downregulate after a month at most? If it hasn't changed by then maybe you're screwed and need a doctor.

I'm on cypro now, but I've been on it for years and in addition to the obvious risks of using cypro for years I've been having unpleasant mental fog. So I have a couple of questions
1. Since t is completely dead on the lowest dose of cypro I'm able to take, can I just switch to bica without worrying about my levels shifting?
2. Can I realistically talk a non specialist endo in the us into giving me bica?
3. E gel looks much more tedious than sublingual. Are there actual benefits to it? Is breast application to get breast growth honscience?

i might run out of spiro before my bica order ships
is sublingual monotherapy viable? currently doing 4mg(split in 2 doses) + 200mg spiro (split into three doses) and wondering if i can just do 6mg split into 3 doses with no aa until my bica gets here

My prolactin is at 66ng/dl and I'm on CPA. Is it time to switch anti androgens? Or is that number not that bad since CPA (12,5mg/24hours)does increase prolactin? I don't know what to do. Please give me guidance.

My levels have been 117 pg/mL E and 18 ng/dL T as of 8 months ago. I'm on monotherapy using patches.
Is this ok? Do I need to try to increase my estrogen level? Should I get another blood test done soon?
What's very very strange is that in September, my estrogen level was higher, at 127 pg/mL, but my testosterone was at 64 ng/dL. I'm very scared my testosterone is not actually being suppressed as was once thought. However, I don't produce sperm at all, so I know it very likely is.

pills won't give you enough levels to suppress testosterone on its own, so you take antiandrogens
start with 12.5mg cypro daily and then in the future you can take it every two or three days and your testosterone will still be low (that was true for me and a lot of trannies, but ofc take blood tests to make sure)

depends how many androgens you have on bicalutamide. if it's like 200 ng/dL, 50 mg will deal with them.
don't delay orchiectomy. if you're not going to have an orchiectomy, shift to high dose estrogen alone.

you have to use it frequently. i'm on high dose E + bicalutamide + dutasteride and have no erectile dysfunction if i use it daily. if i wait a week, erections become painful, but using it again fixes the problem.
just be sincere about having autoandrophilia, there's no reason for sabotaging hrt other than that.
