Im growing out my big manly beard for electrolysis rn so that hurts for passing.
I think im 80% passing or so without ffs but i want full marks so im getting it

Well I have it in 3 months so I’ll let you know. I pass pretty well for the most part I don’t get misgendered on the phone or in public, but my face is still kinda clocky and gives me dysphoria

ty, im looking forward to it and hope you get it soon too. all that’s left surgery wise after FFS is SRS which I have lined up too. i think if not for my body, voice, and general aura id be clocked more often. i rarely get clocked anymore even without makeup and im sure after FFS i will be even less chicly

yes, i think that type 3 forehead + some fillers could be actually enough for my face to be cispassing, unless you count my voice, right now im at this stage when ppl are like "ma'am" and then "sorry, sir" right when they hear my voice. im working on it tho a im making progress...

while i do think FT are overpriced, a well-done type 3 forehead reconstruction is worth its weight in gold and they seem to be good at it. like for me it's the thing that takes someone from androgynous to female in a lot of cases. a lot of the discount surgeons either don't do type 3 or have mixed results in this department which is unfortunately a pretty crucial one.

Maybe not in general, because I haven't been on HRT that long, and my skeleton is terrible, but my face could maybe pass. My problem is how square and sloped my forehead is and how strong my brow bone is. Could never girlmode without bangs. Would probably need work on my nose to balance out the work on the brow.
My forehead looks kind of like the before picture, but smaller, whereas my face is slightly rounder and my chin is smaller. I've also been told on here that my eyes are feminine but I don't know what that should mean and I don't see it.

- honjaw + (cleft) -chin -> lefort
- slightly large browbone -> type 3 forehead
- slightly long philtrum -> lip lift
- small adams apple -> trach shave
- hooded eyes maybe, idk tho if that's a passing thing -> blepharoplasty
- hair needs to grow out another six months at least
- body wise: ribcage (kms) & hips (maybe not kms yet, but growth plates are closed so pio and workouts are my only hope)
