I suspect these kinds of surveys have a selection bias issue. One known problem is that they often lump in theyfabs as "transmasculine", but another problem I suspect is that the kinds of FtMs who would be the worst off get completely missed.
There was a survey in my city a while ago that I didn't find out about until after it was finished. Apparently it had been advertised in community centres, but I avoid those places because they've never had services that would be relevant to me, like only having stuff for MtFs because they'd "need it more".

Not really because the concept of medically transitioning but putting off your social transition is not really a thing for us. A lot of guys socially transition before they consistently pass despite the mental pain it causes them. I girlmoded for like 1.5 years before socially transitioning and I think they're all braver than I am tbdesu
