Ok, thats what I thought. I briefly worked as a TEFL teacher for high school kids and even that gave me an insight to the strict hoops for child safeguarding that I had to go through and there is no way (if the system works) that someone can jump from that many employers to employers.
Unfortunately you cant stop deviants. I dont think men should be kindy teachers period - as much for the protection of kids as the males being open to being falsely accused. Its just a recipe for a shitshow. We had a infamous case in our country where a male kindergarten teacher was falsely accused of raping multiple children and was imprisoned for life. He always maintained his innocence and you could see he was either a good actor or really suffering for the accusation. Was in jail for like 10 years, but new evidence came out, including some of the children I think becoming adults and speaking out how their parents told them to lie or tricked/ planted stories in their minds.
Basically a group of parents became horrified when they found out he was gay ( it was the 90's) and sought to destroy him. His sentence was overturned was he was released with a payout, but it completely destroyed his life and I believe he died only a couple of years after (and he wasn't very old only like 50).
