is ralox a meme or does it actually prevent breast growth for mtfs? i want to stay on hrt and manmode but don't want to have to deal with breasts that would make me visibly trans

it can inhibit breast growth but not prevent it altogether, YMMV. also important to note is that any SERM will increase your testosterone levels, they're literally prescribed to men with hypogonadism, and steroid users have been taking them as PCT for decades for that exact reason. now i don't know if it'll raise them enough to be a concern while you're on E, but to my knowledge no femboys/trans people have ever posted blood levels while doing E+SERMs, so there's no definitive proof that they won't put you back in the male T range. i'd say either stick to topical ralox (you will have to make it yourself with raws) or be sure to check your blood levels regularly (which you should do anyway).

It depends. If you take it with bicalutamide you’ll spike your T levels and cause some of it to aromatize into E, which will cause breast growth.
If you take it with a GnRH like relugolix or buserelin, you probably won’t get breast growth. With that said, there are a number of other issues with raloxifene, namely hot flashes. This can be remedied by taking 17a-E2 (17a won’t cause breast growth and is neuroprotective), but that’s hard to find. You can also microdose (0.5-1mg) regular E, but then you are risking breast growth.

I've been on hrt for 4 years, and took ralox for the first year. It did not affect my blood levels, but it absolutely stunted my breast growth. Mine are very small, especially in comparison to my family. I take prog but that did not offset the ralox.

OP, I highly discourage you from taking ralox. There will come a time when you start to girlmode, and once you do you'll regret your decision to take it
