Goat testicles

In the past, men had had goat testicles implanted in them to replace their own testicles.

If this is possible, and really works, why wouldn't it work to remove a trans man's ovaries and replace them with goat testicles? A goat is as genetically foreign to a cis man as it is to a trans man, so it can't be that the trans man's body rejects it but not a cis man's body.

Wait -- is this why they stopped implanting goat testicles in humans? Because they couldn't let us have this?

i think that trt+silicone testicles are safer and have more stable outcomes but idk
