Trans women are either the most reasonable and human people you will meet or absolute lunatics with very little in between. Most cis women are mildly crazy, that baseline being lower than the trans average, but there are some crazier types of cis women as exceptions

Dysphoria generally drives all trans people at least mildly insane, though if they're later in transition (and passing) they've often taken steps to mitigate it

Average would unfortunately probably be trans women.
A trans woman with dysphoria is going to be more crazy than a cis woman with no mental illnesses.
But a cis woman with a mental illness that affects interpersonal relationships or general functioning in a more extreme way than dysphoria, is going to be crazier than a trans woman with only dysphoria.
