You’re going to hate this, but it’s the truth. You want to win this game, no shortcuts.

No junk food, no sugars, no snacks. You are going to eat a healthy diet with the single change being your portion sizes have to be gigantic. Getting to 5 digit calorie counts daily is a lot harder with real food, but you need your engine running smoothly if you want it to handle all the new stuff you’re piling on. If that means eating a literal pound of broccoli and 2 pounds of potatoes. Pick healthy filling meals and iust upscale them so you’re getting 3000 calories a meal, that’s a good target.

Try to focus on stretching your stomach and maintaining good and fast digestion. Constipation not only ruins your health, but it clogs you up and delays the small intestine from accepting more food. So plenty of fiber, there should be a gentle uptick in the frequency and especially size of bowel movements, but nothing insane, do not flood your system with cheese. Lots of tummy rubs to help your stomach and intestines stretch and reward them for working hard. Your going to want to slowly scale up to your 3000 calories a meal thing over about two-three weeks to avoid breaking something.

The second hard part is you need to exercise daily and for a large period of time. You will probably puke early on, and later on it’s going to suck, but you have to. And I mean everything. Cardio is the main one, but you also MUST do yoga and stretching, some lifting(though this can be phased out once your bingo wings come in) and honestly I suggest just trying to play Just Dance everyday for an hour even when your scores tank. This will help keep your mobile by getting your body ready for daily lifting and being active while full.

Theoretically someone who’s actually doing all this properly could be mobile past record breaking sizes, unassisted up to 1600 lbs and assisted close to a ton. There have been mobile people 1200 lbs IRL and there have been immobile people less than 500. Being a good fatty is hard work and has a lot in common with getting fit, you ARE going to be a very fit fatty anon.

Lazy fatties will die of sugar poisoning while you eat your comically oversized plate of vegetables and white meat and waddle down to the store to buy some vitamins after applying your thigh ointment.

Whole milk has a glycemic index of 34
I can't promise there are no negative consequences to consuming mass amounts of it and I am NOT recommending this, but it's not the same as guzzling a gallon of soda a day
