peter here to explain the joke. The bottom left of the image has a character commonly named "chudjack" who is based on the internet archetype of the "chud". The chud archetype is commonly associated with far right politics in online spheres and as such the chud image can be thought of to have beliefs matching this association. One belief common to the far right is the support of bigotry which is the hatred of minority groups. Deviating a bit from this is the image on the bottom left shows us a character with hair in colours matching that of the transgender flag a flag associated with transgender people. In particular the image is of an anime character rather than an actual human which is in line with trans people liking anime. as such we can conclude that the chud hates the minority group of "anime characters", and as the other three panels imply the chud turns into an anime character.

Same, but in my country you have to pretend to be one for the doctors to get a prescription. On the plus side now that I have one HRT is basically free, like 4€ for three months supply. Mostly I wanted to get on HRT to nuke my T levels, my thinking is like seven times clearer now when that constant "FUCK KILL FUCK KILL" background noise is quiet.
